How file processing, local preferences and contact messages work on Konnect2Tools.
Scope
This policy describes the public Konnect2Tools website. Account registration and subscriptions are currently unavailable. You can use public tools without signing in. Last updated: 20 September 2026.
Files and processing
Browser tools process document content locally unless an operation explicitly uses a server or external service. Server tools upload inputs for the requested job and store inputs and outputs temporarily. The default server job expiry is two hours; deployment settings can change it. Expired jobs are removed by a periodic cleanup service, so deletion is not immediate at download. Download your result promptly and keep your original.
Local storage
Theme preferences, saved tools and recent-tool history are stored in this browser. Some individual tools may retain their own settings. These preferences do not sync to an account. You can clear website storage through your browser settings. Browser extensions and shared-device access are outside the website’s control.
Contact messages and operational data
When you submit the contact form, your name, email and message are sent to our backend for support. Do not include confidential files, passwords or identity documents. Hosting and processing infrastructure may record technical request information such as IP address, request time and errors for operation and security. Contact us for privacy or deletion requests.
Advertising and third parties
Advertising requests and optional analytics are disabled in this release. The site retains its Google AdSense ownership verification metadata, which does not itself display ads. Fonts and some tool resources may load from external providers; external-service operations may send the inputs needed to perform their function. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent implementation must be updated before it is enabled.
Security and choices
Use the HTTPS site. Avoid submitting sensitive data when a local workflow can meet your needs. We cannot guarantee that every device, browser extension or network environment is secure. For a privacy concern, use the Contact page or support@konnect2tools.com and describe the request without attaching sensitive documents.
